Are you feeling ecstatically happy, a little sad, or somewhat afraid? Or do you know others who are feeling any of these emotions now?

Then SIGH is a great tool to have, to remind you of who you are, and who others are, as we ALL journey onward and free; over endless, glistening oceans, towards our new, true destiny (our true selves).

With our bountiful, bottomless bags of superb, sophisticated life tools, this book delves deeply into:

  1. the fourteen layers of who we all are
  2. how we journey through life; often through the rough country
  3. how we love everyone and everything on our glorious planet; through our respect, experiences, commitment, and merriment.

And with all these priceless reminders of who we all are, we are able to savor our happiness, soften our sadness, and soothe our anxiety.

Dedication

This book is for everyone, inspired by all of us.

Because we are all an authority on the subject matter in the book, SIGH, it is therefore dedicated to all of us. With this great communication tool we are able to spread clarity and calmness throughout the planet. While spreading the message of who we are and how we love, you may not know firsthand all those you have impacted, but you will know that you have breathed life into a powerful, peaceful movement that circulates the entire world, bringing enrichment and happiness to every life-form.

SIGH matters because YOU matter. You had one in billions of chances of existing, and you won!

Whatever is going on in your life, SIGH invites you to flip open a page to one of a hundred life topics, from home life, to all relationship dynamics, to love of our planet. As you begin reading you will be uplifted by significant facts and stories as you pull out old weeds (old negative, non-productive brain neurons) and free up brain space where you can cultivate a lovely, lush garden (new positive, fruitful brain neurons); if not with actions, then at least with new skills, new knowledge, and new understanding.

Dignity, Like Gently Rolling Ripples, Spreads Infectiously Through Our Communities

Alice is browsing around the fresh produce in her local supermarket when suddenly she slips on something wet and tumbles to the ground! She hears gasps all around and the next moment, as a burning pain grips her leg, four customers appear and stare down at her, bombarding her with questions, “Are you hurt?” “Are you okay?” “Did you trip?” “Are you alright?”  This attracts even more well-meaning customers to amass, and stare, and ask questions. A staff member appears, phones for medical help, and gives details of the problem and the location.

A young man edges his way through the crowd, slithers down to sit beside Alice, and with his hand placed gently on Alice’s forearm he says, “Hi, so this is what Mateo’s Market looks like from down here. I’m Jamar. What’s your name?” Moments pass . . . “I am going to sit right here with you, dear Alice, under the fresh and friendly fiddleheads, until help arrives.”
Help soon does arrive, and as Alice is being carried out of Mateo’s Market on a stretcher, she turns her head to smile at Jamar, the one who, although not qualified to offer medical assistance, shows true love by taking away her awkwardness and embarrassment as he joins her on the soggy, slippery floor.

Like gently rolling ripples, stirred up by our integrity and empathy, we are continually moving outward, outward, ready to remove uneasiness and embarrassment from one another, when obstacles suddenly cause us to slip, and tumble.

The Little Things We Do For Large Results

When we are children we love ‘reward’ play, when small amounts of impact are required to create huge results; like skateboarding, swinging, any form of wheels, or jumping on a mattress.

As we interact with others, small actions or comments show others that they are not alone when it comes to any missteps on their journey.

  • “I know, I keep forgetting where I parked my car too.”
  • “Don’t worry, we all make those kinds of mistakes; I remember the time when I got on the train and I looked down at my feet and, would you believe it, I was wearing one black boot and one brown boot!”

One of the most impactful ways that we help to clear each other’s life paths, is when we say simple ‘relating’ lines that remove self-doubt, and dramatically boost dignity, which is one of the key elements in the foundation of all our relationships.
